We take pride in the quality of our flowers and gifts. If you are not 100% satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Returns
Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, returns are generally not accepted. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will provide a replacement or credit.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Order Cancellations & Changes
- Same-day orders: can be cancelled/modified within 15 minutes.
